Peak Experiences has been key in helping our organization establish a leadership group to help guide our journey on culture change. Frank's work with the senior management of our organization and the C5 Culture Change Committee has been ground breaking in terms of establishing the foundations for a major culture transformation at HRM. A lot of hard work remains, however, Peak Experiences has given us many tools, techniques, and methods to help guide us with this journey.
