8 years ago the HRP began an intensive recruit training program to meet a significant number of anticipated vacancies. We were looking for a program that would kick start our classes creating an environment for the students centered on teamwork, trust and the ability to lead. This was a tall order to fill requiring a person who understood our needs, goals and performance expectations for these police officers on an annual basis.
